The MPN Education Foundation and the Mayo Clinic invite you to attend the patient-doctor conference in Scottsdale AZ. The conference brings together medical experts in the field with MPN patients and their carers/families, to learn more about the many issues that are faced by those diagnosed with one of these disorders. Additionally, we will cover topics such as genetics, interpreting blood counts, which questions to address with our doctor, coping emotionally with a chronic disease and other issues that can arise because of such a diagnosis.

The conference will take place at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona in the Ashton Taylor Auditorium,

A welcome roundtable luncheon will be held Friday, February 20, 12:00 at the CopperWynd Resort in Fountain Hills, 13225 N Eagle Ridge Dr. to enable patients to meet one another and to discuss their experience with Myeloproliferative Neoplasms.
